MIDSR Dental College has a dedicated Yoga and Wellness Centre that promotes physical fitness, mental well-being, and holistic health among students and staff. Regular yoga and meditation sessions are conducted under the guidance of qualified instructors.

The wellness centre emphasizes the importance of stress management through breathing exercises, meditation, and yogic practices, helping students maintain focus and balance throughout their demanding academic journey.

International Yoga Day is celebrated annually with special sessions and awareness programs.
